How to Prepare & Upload Your Videos

Step 1. Gather Your Videos

• Create a folder on your computer and place all the videos you want to upload inside it.

Step 2. Install the Converter

• Go to https://www.leawo.com/pro/video-converter-ultimate.html
• Download and install the "Video Converter Ultimate" program on your computer.

Step 3. Open & Convert Your Videos

1. Launch Video Converter Ultimate.
2. Click Convert.
3. Drag your videos into the converter window.
4. Select Output Profile + MP4 Video.
5. Click Edit.

• Under Video:
• • Resolution: 480 x 480
  • Codec: H.264
  • Quality: Best

• Under Audio:
• • Codec: MP3
  • Quality: Best

1. Press OK to save settings.
2. Click the Video Edit icon (far left of each video) to trim or adjust.
3. When ready, click the Green Convert button.
4. Select Agree → Convert → Green Finish button.
5. Your new videos will be saved in a folder (often called com.leawo.tmcu).

Step 4. Transfer to Your Memory Orb

1. (ORB NEEDS TO BE OFF) Plug your Memory Orb into your computer with the USB cable.
2. Turn on the orb. A USB symbol will appear on the orb screen.
3. On your computer, a drive named NO NAME should appear.
4. Open that drive → find the folder called video.
5. Drag your converted videos into the video folder.
6. When finished, eject safely: drag the "NO NAME" drive to the trash/bin.
7. Unplug your Orb.

Step 5. Enjoy Your Memories

• Turn on your orb and relive your favorite moments, beautifully preserved.
